More than adequate time was taken to explain the process and exactly what the job would entail and approximately how much time it would take. True to his word, Mr. Hicks and his colleague came back on the day the said they would, at the time they said they would, and they performed the task exactly as they said they would. When the job was completed, Tommy took the time to walk the property with me and look over the entire project to insure my satisfaction. He did not leave the site until he was confident that I was happy with the job. Only then did he expect the prompt payment that he and his team deserved. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the results.
