I’ve called to file a complaint my camera pick up the technician parking his truck at 11:40am by 11:42am he walk back to the truck and drove off. He did however claimed the job was complete both back and front yard. My camera in the back yard did not detect him in the back yard. For the two minutes he sprayed one area and walk away. I’m so irritated with the response I got when I called to file a complaint

If heavy rain is on the way, delay applying lime or fertilizer until after the showers are over. ... A heavy rain came a few hours after the fertilizer and lime was applied. I feel as though this treatment was just washed away. If it is known that a heavy rain is coming I feel like the treatment should be postponed until the next day,
