Daedric Caton is the first and only technician I have had who has been willing to explain details of his service, and answer questions I have regarding concerns with my lawn. He takes the time to thoroughly service the lawn, and ensures he does not damage anything in the process. In addition, he goes above and beyond to simply be a nice guy who takes pride in his work. I have asked the rep to have them contact me when they come for treatment so I got email and I told them not to come on Friday they still perform the treatment. How bad a company can be in communications.
