Daedric Caton is the first and only technician I have had who has been willing to explain details of his service, and answer questions I have regarding concerns with my lawn. I have asked the rep to have them contact me when they come for treatment so I got email and I told them not to come on Friday they still perform the treatment. How bad a company can be in communications.
