Never an issue and staff is always polite and knowledgeable
Always a clear and precise explanation of services, and thoughtful of our pets.
Ermes is polite and is very good at explaining the application each time he comes by.
The technicians that came were friendly and performed their tasks well and were very careful with personal property. The cost was better that if I did my own weed control. The only thing I was not fully satisfied with is the weed control was only about 50% effective.
I am very happy with my services I like the break down so I can understand what the treatment is they are applying, the communication is great. I will refer them to everyone
The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing today
We signed up for a $300 package, they came today and did 2 services and charged us $106. I called and the lady on the phone said no it would be over $400 for the season. I also called them (after my first problem of them coming out) and told them to change the number on the account and call me before they came, my dog was shaking and sick after the first treatment (the person never picked up the dogs bones/toys and sprayed over them) they didn’t call the last two times (thank goodness I was home to lock the dogs up. So we canceled the service after all the miscommunications, we are highly disappointed and will not recommend this company.
Already after 2 applications of liquid fertilizer my lawn has improved. Ermes continues to provide excellent service when taking care of our lawn.
Very thorough. Was happy to get an email telling me what was found.
Hello! My name is Gilberto! Today I treated your lawn with the final application of fertilIer for the season. Continue to maintain the turf height at 3 inches as this is the optimal height for this point in the season. Doing so will promote a healthier greener lawn. Thank you and have a great day! See you next season!

Hello! My name is Gilberto! Today I treated your lawn with the final application of fertilizer and weed control of the season. As I treated your lawn I noticed a mild amount of weed activity. You should notice any chickweed react to the weed control as it gets into the root system. Currently your lawn has many areas of kyllinga which is a warm weather sedge. Because it is a warm weather plant it is now going dormant due to the temperature drop giving your lawn a brown color in those areas. The best way to push kyllinga out is to aerate and overseed the lawn. Unless it is pushed out the kyllinga will continue to spread next year. Next season I would be mindful of your watering habits as kyllinga thrives in lawns that hold moisture well. Thank you and have a great day! See you next season!
Hello! My name is Gilberto! Today I treated your lawn with a round of fertilizer. I did not apply weed control as I saw your lawn was recently aerated and seeded and doing so could damage any existing seed or seedlings that have not yet established a root system. I would pull back on the amount you water because it seems like the lawn is retaining the water well. Thank you and have a great day!
