James was fantastic for today’s treatment (May 31, 2024). I had specific concerns regarding some fungus and spots of grass that James explained to me in detail as to what is going on and how the course of treatment that he is applying today and has been scheduled for later this summer will mitigate those issues. I really appreciate the depth of knowledge and his time for assuaging my concerns. James was, simply, excellent.
