Michael did and awesome job today with the aeration and seeding. He presented himself professionally and politely, was dressed properly with his shirt tucked in and explained what service he was going to perform before he performed it. He took his time and cared about the job and did not rush. I was very pleased by his quality of work and dedication to ensuring every portion of my lawn was covered and the areas the machine could not cover, he physically spread seed in those areas by hand to ensure coverage. Overall, he is a stellar worker and all of your employees should follow his lead and be like him.
