Most important thing was no weeds and my grass looked healthy. Feedback from the reports were helpful. The technician was thorough and didn’t take shortcuts like I see other vendors. Sales can be a bit pushy at times since I was called multiple times for seeding and aeration even though I said no the first time because of cost.
