Dominic Albanese was pleasant and took his time to answer several questions. He was very informative.Alway does a good job with lawn application.
The Call prior to servicing is too close to actual servicing. It is done the evening before the Scheduled Servicing. My Preference would be at least 2 days prior to Servicing. That way I could call back to delay because of other scheduled Servicing (lawn Cutting).
The guys that come to do the spraying are excellent… just not happy that I don’t get a call the night before and when I switched to email I did not get that either.. I work overnights and sleep in day and I won’t leave my gate unlocked so they have to bang on door and wake me up
From the Initial Sales Representatives Presentation, which by the way, Was By Far One Of The BEST Example of A Well Trained Sales Person From Start To Finish! He Made My Decision to USE THIS COMPANY Easy!! Looking Forward To All Future Services. Thank You! The Only SuggedtionI Have Would Be ToHave The Sales Rep.'s Name On My Invoice order To Help Remember His Name. So that I Can Refer Him Personally & Give Him The Credit that He DESERVES! Warmly, Denise Ferrara 10 Kelly Dr. Sicklerville
Dominic was great and explained what was being done today. Told him about the clover problem and he said he would be sure to treat it.
Listens to my concerns and says he has a plan for lawn improvement. Looking forward to his expertise
My contract is for front, sides and back. Last two applications have only been in the front. I was gone today and mentioned this to Justus and he graciously did the back.
Needed to change appointment time twice but very customer service rep was very understanding and helpful.
So far so good! June is the hardest month so hopefully if will stay looking as good as it is now!
Hello, my name is Julian I was your technician today. The lawn is looking good with a nice color. I made sure to shut the back gate after servicing. Thank you for choosing Green Lawn.
Hello my name is Daquay , and today I completed your scheduled aeration and seeding The seeding is completed on a yearly basic at the time to help continue the thickening process of your turf and is considered a maintenance for your lawn and we recommend. It is best to do this when the soil is at its warmest temperature, and will germinate at its best now. If you arent able to water the seed it will not go anywhere, it will just embed itself in the soil and will wait for proper watering. The only thing we asked, is once you start to water, please do not stop. We recommend that once you start the watering process, you continue daily for 3 to 4 weeks, keeping the seed moist throughout the entire germination period. I noticed some bare areas on the lawn paid extra attention too, but to really help thicken up the turf, I strongly recommend that you have this process done yearly. thank you and have a great day.
Today I completed your round 7 treatment . We are heading into the fall season in a couple of weeks and with that it will bring cooler temperatures were your lawn will begin to thrive and green up after a brutal summer . Thank you for choosing Green Lawn Fertilizing
Hello this is Dominic and I was your lawn tech for this application . Now that the warmer temperatures are here we would start to recommend a good watering cycle as lawns will need atleast 2inches of water a week . We recommend watering every other day and earlier in the morning as possible starting around 4am but not after 10am if possible and never at night as this will cause fungus as lawns need to dry out . If are happy with your service could you please leave a 5 star review on google Thank you for choosing green lawn fertilizing.
Today I applied a grub preventative to your lawn that controls sub surface grubs that feed on the root system of the lawn. Please water this application in with 1/2 inch of water to guarantee best results.
Good morning and welcome to GreenLawn fertilizing. In todays visit I've sprayed the yard with weed control for any weeds such as dandelions, bittercress, and henbits. I would recommend to start watering every other day for the upcoming warmer days. 10-15 minutes of watering every other day in the morning would benefit the lawn in a positive way.
