I have communicated with Mike Verbos in your Sales Dept since our GLF service commenced 2015. He is an excellent representative for GLF. I am very particular & detail-oriented regarding our property & related issues. That said, Mike has ALWAYS been upfront, clear, & as important –he consistently does follow-up to be certain that my concerns were addressed…& that I was completely satisfied. I have to tell you that I am more than satisfied…I am impressed with Mike -& therefore, with GLF. Though Mike did not ask, I initiated & requested how I could provide a compliment for Mike; so, that’s why I’m glad this survey was available so I could convey my sincerest “Thanks” to Mike for being a wonderful representative -& role-model for GLF. The reason is very simple, Mike is clearly a quality person! He is affable, articulate, patient, engaging, & it’s evident that no matter where he is, he’s someone you can trust –which is a big deal for me! If he does not know, he’ll tell you -& then research it, follow-up with you, & will confirm that you not only understand; but, that you are comfortable with his response…& if you are not, he’ll comeback with another viable alternative. Mike is a person on who you can rely because he is responsible -& resourceful. He’s the “real thing” -& he’s KIND! Bottom line, Mike Verbos is a person you are grateful to have working with -& FOR you…GLF is MOST lucky! It is also worthy that I “list” other GLF staff; ie, the techs who have serviced our property over the years.
