All I have been asking for with Greenlawn is to communicate. John took the initiative, called me the day before as I’ve been requesting for years, came out and did his job. Good personality, and thorough. The frustration we have had has been with communication at the office level. People apparently are not reading the details of the customer. I require a prior phone call because of sensitive areas on our property. More people like John and you have a great company. Communication and follow up are always the key to success. Thank you.
