Yoshwa was awesome. He called me in advance to let me know when he would be arriving and then also texted me when he arrived. This was great because I have two dogs that need to be inside and I can also open my fence to get to the backyard. He did a great job and let me know when he was finished and that he closed my fence for me. Amazing service!

Overall the lawn looks very good, and they show up when they say they will. I do have a few complaints. 1. There have been a few times that the machine used to complete the service has torn up the lawn from aggressive turning leaving patches around the yard. 2. There are areas of stone that have been seeded and sprout grass because the technician drove over them rather than go around. 3. The lawn has some random bare spots that haven't really been addressed by the treatments or the technicians while on site. I expected a more site-specific solution than just spraying and fertilizing.
