Received Round 3 & 4 plus lantern fly applications on 6/3/20 but extremely heavy rains and wind came 45 mins.later (spoke to Tiffany). I called the office and they agreed to reapply the following week since not enough time to dry. On 6/10, Green Lawn Truck out front of my house. Person sitting in truck. After 10 mins I started out my front door but too late. Driver was pulling away and didn't see me. I called office at 11AM on 6/10 and spoke to Courtney. She stated I was scheduled for that day. She would contact the tech and have him call me. At 3PM on 6/10,I called back and spoke to Courtney again since the tech hadn't spoken with me. She stated she would call him again and he would contact me. No response from Tech on 6/10. On 6/11 I called the office and spoke with Tiffany. She stated nothing was done on 6/10 and I was now scheduled for morning for 6/12. As of 2:30PM on 6/12, no service was performed. Still waiting.
