Have had this service for several years. Last couple years had issues such as the company doing the neighbor’s yard thinking it was our yard or not knowing for sure if the service was performed because there was no bill at the door and no sign left in the yard. The tech who came most recently was awesome. We could tell where the machine was in the yard and he was great at getting the application all over to the edges and all the sections of our yard. And he left a lawn marker in a very visible spot. We knew for sure we got the treatment and it was a complete job. Haven’t been sure if that for quite some time.

Treated the entire lawn today with the second round of pre-emergent, fertilizer, and insect control. Treated along all edges of driveway, treated along all fencing, carefully treated around detached garage, areas in the back right side of the lawn has lots of retention, carefully treated these areas. Overall lawn is coming along great it was a pleasure treating it today.
Applied insecticide, weed control, fertilizer and preemergent to the lawn. Your lawn is struggling due to lack of direct sunlight and topsoil (rocky soil). I recommend trimming back the canopy over the areas you want grass to grow and installing more top soil in the front and right side lawns. This will help suppress the moss and give you a more full looking appearance in the lawn. Have a great day!
Lawn is in great shape. Some bare/thin areas under trees and on side of house by water spout. Todays application will help maintain current appearance and keep weeds to a minimum. I made sure to keep a 3ft buffer around garden in back
Thank you for allowing me to treat your property today. On today's treatment I applied fertilizer,weed control with crabgrass preventer and insect control.Make sure no grass cutting for the next 48 hours. As the seasons continue we will gain more control of weeds. as we are trying to change an ecosystem on your lawn. some thinning may happen along with some weed break through form season to season. aeration and seed will be most beneficial.
