I noticed some disease forming on the lawn. This is a common occurrence during the warmer months of the year but can be damaging to the turf. I recommend signing up for a fungicide program to prevent further damage to the turf. You will need 2-3 applications to clear up the disease. these applications cost twice your normal application rate per application.
