The tech takes the time to knock on the door to request my 2 dogs are kept inside while he services the back lawn. Then he leaves the gate open when hes' done! Clearly he knows there are pets in the house. He needs to latch the gate properly - EVERY TIME! My one dog got out yesterday. My 90 yo mother asked my neighbor to bring him back,. Fortunately, he was available to help. If he wasn't I would have had to leave work to go search for my dog. This is not the first time this has occurred.
