Hello Mr. Sams. This treatment involves spraying your entire property with a liquid fertilizer and weed control. It will take 4 full weeks for our weed control to fully integrate into your lawn. Unfortunately I noticed disease throughout your lawn (common this time of year). If you see this issue getting worse (parts of lawn start dying off) then I would recommend signing up for fungicide treatments to stop the spread of the diseased areas. Also, there's a couple invasive grass types on your lawn that are not treated by our regular products because they require a specialty weed control found in a separate treatment to get rid of them. If you would like to talk about fixing either of these issues or today's treatment, feel free to text or call me at 484-798-4176. I recommend watering 2-3 times a week for a full hour and before 9am to prevent disease build up. Please stay off the lawn for 2 hours. It's good we are getting rain today because all of our lawn care products require watering

Today I put down your application and the grub control there is bare spots on lawn, which is probably grub damage and some minor weeds

there's some minor weeds here and there I'm gonna be putting down weed killer to take care of that and the fertilizer will make your lawn look healthy. I don't see many other problems in your lawn. Have a great weekend.
