The application appears to have been made successfully. However, I was disappointed that my backyard gate was not closed and latched as it had been when the technician entered the yard. I have dogs which I know is clearly indicated on the account. Hence the reason I have asked to be contacted prior to arrival so that I can remove my dogs from the yard. I’d appreciate it if my gate is closed and latched before returning to the technician’s vehicle. Thank you.
