I wrapped a food truck for a catering business using Oracal 970 vinyl film. I started by washing the truck to remove any debris that might interfere with the adhesion process. The vinyl was printed with the company’s custom design and then applied carefully to the truck’s body, with particular attention given to the contours and edges. I used a 3M applicator squeegee and a heat gun to ensure the vinyl adhered smoothly and without bubbles. The end result was a vibrant, weather-resistant wrap that prominently displayed the business’s logo and contact information.
I completed a van wrap for a local landscaping business. The vehicle was wrapped using 3M 1080 vinyl film to ensure a long-lasting finish that can withstand outdoor elements. I started by cleaning and prepping the surface to ensure the vinyl adhered correctly. Using a large format printer, I printed the custom design and applied the vinyl to the van, ensuring smooth application with a squeegee and heat gun for proper stretching around curves and corners. Afterward, I trimmed the excess vinyl and sealed the edges to prevent peeling.
