Epp Concrete showed up when they were supposed too and did everything exactly how they said they would. No surprises. Dustin oversaw the job, he was awesome at explaining what they were doing. Thanks Dustin.
No high-pressure sales. Sump pump installation on time and without a hitch. Workers were courteous and respectful of property. With dust removal system on jack hammer, there was almost no dust and they thoroughly cleaned after. Very satisfied with work.
I was very pleased with all of the staff I had contact with. The phone contacts previous to visits and on site were appreciated. Everything was well organized and neat and clean.
We needed to have a crack in a basement wall sealed. The Epp team did a great job with the epoxy injection. Once finished, they cleaned up the area and you couldn't tell they were there.
The experience with Epp Concrete was positive from starting bid to finished work. Thank you for getting this fix complete in a reasonable time frame at a reasonable cost. Your staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Brad and his team did an excellent job. They are professional, personable, and kept the mess off the neighbor's driveway. The way they put the window well and cover on the house made quite an improvement, and they restored the retaining wall and grass so you can hardly tell it was disturbed. The price we paid was well worth it. Thank you, Epp!
Response from Epp Concrete:
Valerie, thank you so much for reaching out. We so appreciate you letting us work with you on your home. Brad was very happy to read this. Take Care.
Epp Concrete met a very tight schedule and performed their difficult project scope in a timely and professional manner, while providing additional guidance along the way to ensure a complete finished product. I will definitely be calling Phil and Dave in the future for any waterproofing or structural concrete issues.
Response from Epp Concrete:
Frank and Alves we want to thank you for the kind words and also thank you for allowing us into your home. It means a lot that you trusted Epp Concrete to work on your home. Take care.
