We are just wrapping up at this house in Lewisville that had a water heater malfunction yesterday. We're setting up drying equipment and taking readings now and we will soon be on our way.
Water damage assessment in Castle Hills
I just pulled up to a really nice home in the Castle Hills subdivision of Lewisville. This homeowner had an upstairs toilet leak or overflow and said that the water was coming down through the ceiling downstairs. I'm about to go in and see what I can do for her.
I just walked out of a house in an older part of Lewisville and the lady has an ongoing issue with a sunroom that was added onto the back side of her home. There's water coming in from somewhere at the roof line where the sunroom meets the actual house itself. It's been leaking for some time and she has some wood rot issues so we are going to put an estimate together for her to see if we can help.
We just started a water damage for a customer who woke up to an inch of water in there living and utility rooms. We have extracted all water and installed drying equipment. We will have life back to normal for them in no time.
