Properly manager noticed mold growing in a long term rental in Lilian and called us to inspect. Realized that’s it’s not from any leaks but from high humidity, made recommendations to control and clean it growing forward. This was a good one, customer was glad they didn’t need us and we were able to show them how to handle it themselves going forward.
Customer called and was worried they had a mold issue on their ceiling as a result of a roof leak from the hurricane. We inspected several spots and tested them for moisture and microbial growth. We determined that all the spots were dry and were not mold but were simply water marks. A simple cleaning and painting is all that needs to be done, another relieved customer.
