Response from SERVPRO West Pensacola:
Thank you Joyce for your review, I'm glad we could help you with your issue, sometimes when an issue is this small and easy it's better to tell the customer how to treat it themselves and save them some money.
Customer has serious roof damage from the storm, still waiting on a public adjuster and insurance to provide funds for repairs. In the time since the storm he has mold growth due to the leaking tarp. Recommending a mold assessment and lab work to determine the type of mold present and a mold protocol before work to begin.
Water issue at a home focusing on the subfloor, determined that the dryer vent is not connected and is blowing warm moist air into the crawlspace, recommending dryer vent repair and the installation of ventilation fans to improve ventilation.
Roof damage that caused mold damage in bedroom and bedroom closet. Moisture has been removed but mold needs to be removed before new drywall can be installed.
Customer has very high humidity in the home which has caused an outbreak of aspergillus in three rooms, recommended to have the AC inspected and a general deep cleaning of the affected rooms. Did not recommend any service from SERVPRO, this could easily handled by the home owner using over the counter products rated for mold cleaning.
Customer called after AC condensation line clogged and caused bedroom floor to get wet and the walls. Moisture caused an outbreak of aspergillus. Recommended a general wipe down with an anti microbial and a duct cleaning.
