Condo in Gulf Breeze had water intrusion during Sally and no remediation was done. There are still walls with high moisture content, the HVAC is trying to remove moisture but can’t keep up. The humidity as a result is above normal creating an environment that promotes mold growth. Home will need to be dried and remediated.
Another with a roof leak from Sally, customer has a small area of microbial growth above the back door that can be easily cleaned and treated by the home owner. Showed the home owner how to clean and what products to use.
