Home owner is very handy and had already removed the drywall and repaired the leak by the time we arrived, all we had to do is treat and clean the microbial growth and help him place his own dehumidifier in the correct position and instruct him on how to finish strong.

Nothing like being in an attic looking for mold in the heat of the day! Customer is selling his home and the inspection report found something suspicious in the attic. After taking a look we found old growth from years ago that was no issue, but we did find an AC duct disconnected and blowing cold air into the attic! We will write the customer a clearance letter and recommend getting duct reattached.
