Home on Pensacola Beach was just purchased after being vacant for a few months without the AC on. Humidity level got extremely high and caused a mold problem. Problem was not nearly as bad as I expected but will require a small amount of sanitizing before new owner moves in. Should be relatively easy and quick considering there are no personal items or furniture in the home.
Beach front home on Pensacola Beach has a new elevator that somehow is allowing water in to the shaft causing mold growth and odor throughout the home. We are working with the elevator install company to help us gain access to the shaft so we can determine the extent of the damages and create a scope of work to remediate the issues. This will be a long process, but I’m confident we will get this resolved soon.
Hotel on Pensacola Beach has a major water issue on the exterior wall at the lobby level. No rooms are affected at this time, the management company is very proactive and wants the issue resolved before it becomes a bigger problem. We will bring in building inspectors to help identify the source of the intrusion before removing any walls. We only want to remove the problem and avoid any unnecessary repairs. We are trained to figure it out and do what’s necessary and no more. Slow and steady.
We love to SERV our Pensacola Beach community. This time it’s a high rise condominium building that had a condo unit that is vacant most of the time. The units HVAC leaked for weeks affecting all the units on each side and below. Most of the units just have water damage but the unit where the leak originated has water and mold damage. We will first repair the leak and then remove all the mold before drying. Once all the units are dry we will repair any damaged drywall and paint.
We were in the middle of a reconstruction job in Pensacola Beach when we discovered mold growing in a wall cavity due to a previously unknown roof leak, fortunately we were already in the process of a reconstruction and remodel. If you ever wanted to find mold this is the time to find it, it will not slow down the rebuild, just glad we found it when we did and not after completion.

Pensacola Beach home has a leak in the living room, we were able to determine that it was the outside spigot. We have a plumber scheduled to fix the leak so that we can treat, and dry the area and repair the wall when done. House is right on the water which reminds us how blessed we are to live in Pensacola!
