Awesome response on a holiday! They were very knowledable and informative. I had no idea that before this water damage event I had an existing mold problem. I was totally surprised when they described to me about prior water damage events and the mold in my home as a result. I did not tell them about these prior events, they told me, and they were pretty accurate. I was impressed at what they knew from just their inspection. What I did not appreciate was the mold that was already there. Their knowledge about mold was impressive, but they were also practical and understanding, and they helped me to understand all of my options.

When I discovered wet carpet and bubbled paint in my home this morning I knew who I wanted to call, that was the flood company. They came right over and were able to diagnose where the leak was which wasn't an easy task in itself. They've got everything figured out some wet insulation removed and they're drying equipment setup. We just need to get it dry so there we can continue with our remodel as soon as possible.

A slow draining sink is usually just a nuisance or an annoyance but in this case it was a significant factor that led to this water damage. The owner turned on the water in the bathroom sink and forgot about it if the sink had its normal capacity to drain water it probably would not have overflowed and let the damage.
I'm doing a free wet check for a recent customer here in Centerville Utah. This couple just recently purchased this home and as soon as they closed there was some wetness in the basement so we help to dry out and take care of and actually build the seller the former owner.
