overall was very happy with the service provided by Word of Mouth. I did not receive any reminder call beforehand, but was called the morning of the service to let me know they were on their way. Greg and Matt were very nice, friendly, and professional. They did my entire house, full of tile, and it looked good as new when done. I would recommend Word of Mouth without hesitation.
