First,I had no problem scheduling time with my crazy schedule. Matt and Anna showed up on time cleaned these black smelly carpets that I thought I'd have to replace into bright clean and no smelly pee odor (dog and cat). I had a rug in the living room about 5 yrs ago and the guy that showed up struggled and took as long doing one carpet as our duo took for 3 rooms. How they had the energy to do my white tile was a miracle. Price stated was accurate.They cleaned up after finishing tile and had a great attitude during their hard labors. Thanks guys!
