A rep from the company came out ahead of the move to assess the move give us a quote. He was super nice. That’s where the experience took a turn. I called several times prior to the move to express my concern about the moving trucks being able to turn into our new driveway with ease. The lady who answers the calls was abrupt to say the least and I feel everyone just blew me off like I was a dummy. The moving crew moved our boxes (all pre packed mind you) at a snails’ pace into the giant truck they brought. Every time we returned to the house they were sitting down smoking and not working. Sure enough, nobody had gone to look at the driveway and the giant truck could not make it in. We were charged $300 more than the quote since they had to “shuttle” our stuff from one truck to another which took a lot longer. The guy who was the “manager” was condescending on the phone and had a horrible attitude. I’m an elementary school principal and will not recommend this company to anyone. This was terrible customer service and nobody needs more problems to deal with when moving. Please do yourself a favor and use Kelly moving instead!
