Excellent experience using this company. Everyone from the employees on the phone to the delivery personnel. They called the day before to confirm the arrival time and review the contents of the move. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went to work in record time. Marcus and Hamid showed up on-time, performed a efficient walk-thru and then began moving the contents of our home with utmost care and proficiency. Upon arrival at our new home we worked as a team deciding the whereabouts of where things would be placed! The entire job was completed much more quickly than I would ever have guessed. I have used this company twice now. They are always friendly and work very hard to get you loaded and moved. The whole time they were here, they did not even stop to take breaks. Also, customer service is top notch. They even called me a few days before the move to see if I was flexible on my move time because they were concerned about an event in town that would cause traffic problems and drive up the cost of my move. That told me I had chosen the right company. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I move again.
