This is the second time I have hired Few Moves to pick up furniture and deliver it for me. Marcus, Chase, and Eric were very careful, polite, and helpful in moving a large and very heavy computer desk Armoire for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They kept me informed about the expected delivery time, and were very prompt in arriving and starting the lifting as soon as I showed them where I wanted it placed. My experience with the office staff, however, with the exception of Hailey!!!, was difficult and incredibly FRUSTRATING!!! Matt, the General Manager, needs to take some remedial action to improve the responsiveness and follow through of certain individuals! Without Hailey’s timely intervention and wonderful assistance, the move would not have happened and I would have taken my business elsewhere! I still recommend Few Moves as a very good moving company, but hopefully you will work with Hailey and not experience the same communication / coordination problems I did.
