The two movers, Austin and Richard, did and excellent job of moving everything (packing items such as beds, loading, moving and unpacking beds, etc.). We ran into only one minor snag - two desk drawers on an office desk were damaged, but Randy and Sarah in the office addressed this promptly and completely upon request. Redefyne did an excellent job for us. Thank you.

GREAT SERVICE for our move! Joel, Josh, Steven & Mike P. were our movers and they were prompt, efficient, careful and hard-working throughout our move across town. Quote process was easy and we ended up paying the amount expected which is also nice, considering many movers will underbid! We'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants stress-free (& who doesn't?) transport of their belongings. :)

Joel, Josh, and Brandon did a great job moving us across town. They were very careful about wrapping furniture, and not bumping walls and door frames. They were friendly and always asked where things went in the new home. I would highly recommend them.

Austin and Brandon were our movers and they moved our things very quickly having emptied out our 10'x20' storage unit in about an hour and moved everything into our house just as swiftly. If we weren't planning on staying here long, we would be using their services again. Austin and Brandon were fantastic, Joyful and a pleasure to work with.

I moved on the 24th of March and now that I am all settled in I can finally write this review. I was so happy to find Redefyne moving. After calling several different moving companies I was getting super discouraged because it seemed like every moving company I called had a 5 hour minimum. I really don’t have that much stuff and I knew I would not take the long so I really did not want to pay for 5 hours. I found Redefyne moving on google and decided to give them a call, I WAS SO HAPPY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ONLY HAD A 3 HOUR MINIMUM! I got a quote and booked with them right away and paid a deposit which went towards the total cost. I was quoted for 4 hours and was told if it took less time than that that I would be charged less, which turned out being the case after all so I paid less than my initial quote :) the guys that helped me out where super quick, thorough and communicative about the move, Joel and Sandy did a great job and I would definitely hire them again!
