The appearance of the house after the paint job is outstanding. on a scale of 100 i would rate it as a 99. The crew did a fantastic job. The only thing that let the job down was the final cleanup. My back Patio area was left a mess, paint chips and other debris from scraping and preparing the house. My only other issue was with the 3 gates I had the wooden slats replaced on. The slats were replace with untreated raw wood. I made the assumption when I signed the deal that wood would be at least have some kind of protection on it. My fault for assuming that. other than those 2 issues, outstanding job

If I was asked I would not recommend the gold package where the paint is supposed to be back-rolled. I never saw anyone doing that. They may have done it, but I would have thought it would be obvious. Secondly, after discussing and being re-assured by the salesperson that my landscaping (landscape gravel) wouldn't be painted - it was. So now I have band of white painted landscape rock around my home.
