After the Job was done, upon my inspection, my rating would have been a 2/5.The house looked great from the street, but the devil was in the details. I got up on my roof and looked down and pretty much everywhere where they would have had to spray down or use a brush, they missed. They also did a crap job of prepping my house. I can see paint peeling from the wood already, but I will use the warranty for that later. My wood wasn't in the best condition, but they didn't even scrape it in most cases....... What makes this so bad is that FIRST, they didn't check their work. SECOND, they assumed that I wouldn't check it for them, like most people (because they trust......I DO NOT trust any company or person, for this very reason). THIRD.......they got paint drips everywhere on my property and were even nice enough to dump paint into a puddle on the side of my yard. After my complaint, they sent the same crew back to touch-up and clean up the mess. Well, after they left, I discovered that they fixed half of what I asked and what they did fix was half-ass. I let the supervisor know that I wasn't happy about it. I told him not to send those same guys back due to lack of pride in their work. This time, they sent what they call a "damage control" guy. This guy fixed everything and went above and beyond to make my house look better everywhere he saw fit. He also cleaned up what the idiots before him attempted to, with ease. This is an example of taking pride in your work. The damage control guy and the supervisor saved the day here, which brought my review up to 4 stars. I can't rate 5 stars here because of the lack of care initially, but the fact that the company made it right, speaks loudly. That in itself is worth 5 stars. IF the paint was applied well the first time and they cleaned up respectfully, I would have rated 5 stars. But because my trust was tested and then my complaints not taken seriously by the crew.......2 stars. As I said above, the supervisor and the Damage Control guy saved the day, bringing the total up to 4 stars. Would I use them again? Maybe.......but my faith in them is a bit shaken.
