What can i say at first I was hesitant to even call Az Painting due to being a well known company I thought they would be another expensive company. After a few estimates from others I decided to give Az Painting a shot and glad I did (price wise and professionalism). Checo was the estimator and was very professional and thorough with what was needed to get the job done unlike other estimators that hold back information so they can charge you later on. Checo was straight forward and answered my questions and concerns. When it came to the painting crew it was the same presentation of professionalism I received from Checo. The crew was respectful of my property and were able to get the job done right the first time of our walk through. I highly recommend Az Painting they are the best I dealt with!!

I would say the experience and end product was ok. It wasn't great or exceptional. The epoxy floor finish has areas with irregular coloring and debris that blew into the final finish. The crew left the project with masking tape on all the baseboards and no communication on if they were coming back or not. After three days with no communication, I removed it. When I expressed my frustration with the woman who called to collect final payment, she said "sorry about that, so how do you want to pay?" No ownership or empathy, just concerned with getting payment. For the price, I decided not to make a stink about it. I'm a General Contractor and Developer and have had better results.

Painting was good! Prep and clean up not so much!

The painting was good but they did not prep our walls well. There was still holes that they didn’t fill. Also wall plates weren’t covered so there is paint all over them. The sink was all covered in junk from them. The clean up was poorly done too. They left a cord and also didn’t clean out our sinks from the paint and putty they used. They quickly finished at 7 pm and headed out. I feel like they should have came back another day to adequately finish cleaning up and for us to really address all the issues. At 7 pm my kids go to bed and you could tell the painters were done too.
