Had bumps along the entire experience but in the end we are happy with the price we paid. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted painted as far as what rooms/closest/doors/trim. We asked our estimator what thoughts he had and what sheens are recommended. He seemed put off by our asking and was short with his answers. He recommended painting walls and trim but said our doors were probably good as is. We painted our trim white and now there’s a color difference between our white trim and our off white doors that we would have expected our estimator to foresee. Our estimator gave us quotes and told us to email the office with our decision. We selected our paint package of Sunday and by Wednesday nobody had reached out to us. I had to call the office to confirm my selection was received and I asked if I could pay and we could get something scheduled. I then asked about the advertised free color consultation that our estimator lead us to believe would be in home. Found out it wasn’t and went to Dunn Edwards to pick our colors. On our scheduled start day the crew showed up on time and was very polite. It wasn’t clear to him what areas were getting painted. They thought it was only a hallway when it was the entire house minus two rooms. I was able to show him the areas, but I had to walk through the colors and sheens for each area. When he returned later with the paint I had to point out that it was the wrong color and the wrong sheen. He left and came back with paint that was the correct color but still the wrong sheen. The next day he came with the correct color and sheen. After that it was smooth sailing and our house was taken care of. I would recommend Arizona Painting to all my friends but I hope these inconvenient issues get resolved.
