I'm not only talking about the excellent painting job but how great the clean up is. The interior crew did a nice job. I’m still having issues with my exterior painting job. Some texture looked uneven due to new windows installed but they were unwilling to help make it look even? It’s one thing after another. The outside looks bad everywhere. They had to repaint my front door due to noticeable handprints they got on it and both times got black paint mist everywhere and now on my white ceiling. I had to ask them to cover things to avoid the black paint spray. I don’t have touch up paint for the ceiling and it’s very noticeable. I feel like this will never end. I’m very disappointed and hope they will make it right. I spent about $11k between exterior and interior jobs. I thought the high price meant the job look good and would go smooth. 😔

First time using Arizona Painting Company and I was very pleased. They painting the exterior top floor of our 2 story home in June and did a terrific job. Rudy carefully tapes all the windows, protected the landscaping and was on time, hardworking and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

We had the exterior of our home painted. The final inspection did not happen on the date of completion, and the job was not complete. A whole part of the house was not painted. There were areas that had debris that was painted over indicating the house was not power washed correctly, and after I washed my windows and went to spray dirt off an area of the window sill with water the new paint peeled right away. As I brought these issues to the attention of Lorenzo, the project manager, he kept saying we will fix it, you have a 5 year warranty, and you need to pay. I am not sure in what world payment should be received before the job is done to the satisfaction of the customer, but this is not how it works in my world. The communication between Lorenzo and the painting crew was extremely poor. I was told by Lorenzo they would be back on one day, then someone from the crew communicated something different. I feel that the crew were not employees of Arizona Painting Company but were subcontractors. Eventually, after several return visits by the crew the issues were finally fixed. The crew were extremely professional, respectful, and very easy to work with, but I will not use this company again.

Missed expectations

This was originally scoped as a 4-5 day project. Delayed 1 day, then delayed another day, then start at 1030 on 3rd day. We are now at day 7, still not done. Quality of work is good but either person doing bid was way off or they are slow. Either way I'm disappointed with missed scope and delays. They called this morning, truck broke down so I guess we are going to day 8.

Very unhappy with cleanup

The painting crew was very friendly and had excellent communication but we were very unhappy with the cleanup process. Paint was spilled on our rocks and sidewalk and never cleaned up, there are paint chips everywhere (pool, bushes, trees, rocks, grass, etc.) They attempted to cleanup with a small blower they had but it did nothing. When we asked them about it they said that our yard service will take care of it and our pool service can clean the pool. For as excellent as the office staff and Keith were, the overall experience was completely soured by the lack of cleanup. We will be cleaning up paint chips for months. The painters told us the supervisor would come over to check everything but he never showed up.
