Miscommunication of when the paint job would be completed. Delays in getting paint job done. Miscommunication from multiple staff on start day and length of paint job. Little communication on the actual work. Painter assigned had to do job by himself while helper not available. Painter assigned was great to work with. A handout on the steps to be completed would help homeowners know what steps are being taken or they are at, example is spray wash and doing dried area paint prep work is done on day 1, day 2 is masking, caulking, sanding, and painting foundation, day 3 actual paint, day 4 paint trim...etc etc.
