They first sent someone to assess the job and gave me a quote. The first team came quickly but did a very bad job, which made my deck much uglier than it was before. I was very unhappy with the results, in particular the attitude of the two men (who basically just wanted to finish the job by the scheduled time and leave). The reason was that they found out the job was more difficult than they initially evaluated. Then the project manager, Mike, stepped in and that was when this turned into eventual satisfaction. He came to my house several times during the process to re-evaluate the job, he consulted people from Sherwin Williams and eventually came up with a solution that led to a beautiful deck. I am very happy with the final results, and that Mike's being very polite, professional and helpful along the way. I take off one star here for the bad experience the first team gave me, and the long waiting time (almost half a year).
