I was disappointed that I had to call back to schedule an appointment. My initial voicemail was never returned. Kyle did get to my home and power washed my home. Kyle was very polite and made sure he explained what he was going to do, confirmed what I ordered and instructed me on my windows and doors. Very pleased with his service.
