The price for the house being pressure washed was good. The deck price for a small deck was outrageous, about as much as the house price? Might want to consider pricing that per size of the deck. Main issue is the front brick steps on the porch were not done, but the rails on the steps were. I called the next day & possibly got an answering service and the guy said someone would call me back which never happened. So now I have a clean house with dirty steps. Total disappointment. Oh and the first day I was scheduled they called me the day of saying that someone did not come in so they had to move me to three days later. Which wasn’t the end of the world for my situation, just another note about the experience.
