Amazing service truly top quality

Guys finished above schedule and our house looks amazing. They did top to bottom work to where we didn’t have to replace molding for an additional expense. Absolutely would use them again.

Great Job

This was the 3rd time I used Travis and his crew. 4 painters took basically 2 days to paint the entire interior of our home.

Met my expectations and timeline!

R&D Painting was referred to me by a long time employee of Sherwin Williams. They both know a lot about paint and painting. So when I needed to get my house ready for the market in a few short weeks, R&D committed to my timeline and made necessary repairs in drywall seams and covered up years of wear. Would you believe they were even able to conceal wall and trim that had been splattered by hair dye. They can also do powerwashing and boy was that money well spent. As Micky would say, "try them, you'll like them!"

Very Thorough and Professional

We had a large exterior home painting job along with many smaller paint and fixup jobs. Travis Roberson and his team got everything done in a timely manner and because we were traveling often, did it at our convenience. I can't say enough good things about R&D.

Today, I painted a bathroom in Apex, NC. The walls were prepped by filling small holes and sanding smooth. I applied a coat of moisture-resistant primer, followed by two coats of satin finish paint to handle humidity. I used a 2.5-inch angled brush for clean edges around the fixtures and trim.

I completed exterior brick painting for a home in Apex, NC. The brick was first cleaned using a pressure washer to remove dirt and grime. Once dry, I applied a masonry primer to ensure proper adhesion. After the primer cured, I used a paint sprayer to evenly coat the brick with acrylic latex paint, applying two coats for durability and weather resistance. I followed up by hand-painting the trim around the windows for a clean, detailed finish. The brick now has a bold, modern look that complements the home.

I painted the living room walls for a client in Apex, NC. I patched small holes and cracks in the drywall before sanding for a smooth finish. I used a roller to apply two coats of low-sheen paint, providing a soft, durable finish. I also painted the trim with semi-gloss enamel for added contrast. The living room now looks refreshed with a clean, modern appearance.

Today, I repaired wood rot on the trim of a front door. I removed the damaged sections and replaced them with new treated wood. After installation, I primed the area with a Kilz oil-based primer, ensuring proper adhesion, then sanded it smooth with a DEWALT palm sander. I completed the job with a top coat of Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior paint to match the existing trim.

I painted the garage floor today. The old surface was worn and had several stains. First, I cleaned the floor thoroughly with a degreaser and then etched the concrete with Rust-Oleum concrete etch. After it dried, I applied Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield Garage Floor Coating using a roller and Wooster extension pole. The epoxy provided a durable finish, and I added anti-slip flakes for safety. The floor looks brand new now.

I completed an exterior painting project on brick & siding today. The brick was in good condition but needed a refresh. I used a masonry primer from Behr before applying two coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP paint, specifically designed for brick surfaces. I used a Graco Ultra Max II airless sprayer for even coverage, and the result was a clean, updated look.

I painted the trim and fascia of a home using Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Paint in a satin finish. Scraped off any loose paint and applied a primer to exposed wood areas. Used a high-quality brush to apply two coats, ensuring that the trim was well-protected and visually appealing. The finish will help protect the wood from weathering.

I painted the bedrooms using Valspar Signature Interior Paint in a matte finish. Prepared the walls by filling in nail holes and sanding any rough areas. After applying a primer, I used a 9-inch roller with a 1/4" nap for smooth coverage. The final result is a uniform and fresh appearance throughout the bedrooms.

We recently completed a professional painting of a three-car garage floor. The process began with thorough surface preparation, including degreasing, etching, and repairing any cracks. We applied a high-performance epoxy coating, chosen for its durability and resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and stains. The epoxy was meticulously mixed to ensure a uniform application, providing a seamless and glossy finish. This coating not only enhances the garage's appearance but also offers long-lasting protection against wear and tear. For optimal results, we recommend allowing the surface to cure for at least 72 hours before heavy use.

Completed exterior preparation for a two-story colonial residence in Apex. Pressure washed all surfaces at 2500 PSI to remove dirt and loose paint. Scraped and sanded areas of peeling paint, feathering edges for smooth transition. Applied elastomeric caulk to all joints and seams. Repaired wood rot on fascia boards, replacing 12 linear feet with pre-primed cedar. Spot-primed bare wood and caulked areas with oil-based primer. Masked windows, doors, and architectural features with 3M blue tape and plastic sheeting. Covered landscaping with drop cloths. Conducted lead paint test on pre-1978 surfaces, results negative. Set up Werner 32-foot extension ladder with standoffs for upper level access. Prepared 5-gallon buckets of Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint in satin finish for application tomorrow.
