I have used University Painters three times and on each occasion, they have done great work. This time they painted the underside of my porch with loads of detail work in very hot weather. The crew did a great job and cleanup was perfect.

My bathroom ceiling and the painted brickwork in the back of my townhouse were moldy and gross in spite of my repeated cleaning with bleach. Guillermo, the gentleman from University Painters, did extra cleaning before applying 2 coats of paint to both, and now they are better than new and easier for me to keep clean because of the type of paint he used. This is the second time University Painters has done work in my home, and I am very happy with them and highly recommend them based on the quality of their workmanship and the friendly, professional interactions at every level.
