Cellulose debris can attract termites, and a water leak can cause all sorts of problems along with termites. If you have a leak, fix it before it causes problems.
I enjoy getting to work in any downtown area. Be it Edgefield, Augusta, Aiken or the one I'm in today.... North Augusta. The architecture is amazing. And notice how these buildings are separated from one another. If they had not done it that way a single building fire could have burnt the whole town down. I would like to have all these great buildings under pest control and termite contracts so I could get in them and get really close to the construction to see how it was done back when.
Okay I know it's an advertising billboard... However as I was working on pest control for Hormes North Augusta area this afternoon and couldn't resist sharing this with you... Yes be kind... As they say from the back pews ... "Good Word"
