We have been under contract with J&J for 3 years. We had a ground nest of yellow jackets develop right outside our dining room window. It was a fairly large nest. They stung my wife as she was walking by as she was unaware that they were there. Justin came out shortly after I called J&J and attacked the nest. Unfortunately for the yellow jackets, there were no survivors. Justin emerged from the battle unscathed and victorious. We always get excellent service. From Mrs Orgeron in the business office to our service technician Justin, we have been treated like family more so than customers. From Day 1, The service we have received has been exceptional.
