Randy has been my service technician for almost a year now. He has never failed to provide me with excellent service. He is always on time, and checks in with me before and after service to make sure that my needs are being met. When he checks in he always notifies me on the type of service he will be doing, and also on any problem areas he noticed that needed extra attention, which he remedied. I have not had any issues since he has started servicing my home, but has assured me that if any issues should arise, he would handle them for me immediately. He is always courteous, and asks if there are any ways that he could provide me even better service. I used to have an old wooden shed on my property that was infested with carpenter bees. He informed me that even though there is nothing he could do chemically to completely remove them, he would focus on the shed to keep them at bay as much as he could. This was a service he provided free of charge that was not covered in my contract. He is very knowledgeable, and instructed me on ways that I could remedy this infestation myself. Upon applying the tactics he instructed me on, I was able to reduce the population 90% before we tore down the shed! This is just 1 example of the exceptional service he has provided our family since we have signed up with J&J. If the rest of their service team is half as good or as good as Randy, then his team should be the best in the company.
