i CALLED J&J THIS MORNING & WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD RETURN MY CALL. A BIT LATER, WILL CALLED & I EXPLAINED THE 2 ISSUES AT MY RENT HOUSE. HE SAID HE COULD BE OUT IN 1-1.5 HRS. TO ASSESS THE MATTER. HE EVEN OFFERED TO COME TO MY HOUSE FOR PAYMENT AS THE TENANT WAS AT THE AFFECTED HOUSE. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALLED EXEMPLARY SERVICE.
