I’m so glad that Jonathan arrived when he did. He was able to come to my rescue and wrestle a HUGE spider. Initially, the spider had him in a chokehold, but with his swift military skills, he managed to subdue the spider and killed it with his bare hands. Those hands must me registered!! Jonathan was superb! He is a great asset to your team!!

Mister Dwain came Monday to complete the treatment that had been started last year. At first he thought there were only two pillars to be treated. We walked around the house so that I could show him there are much more areas that need treatment. He answered all my questions and went inside to verify that the past infestation was no more active. He called the office to confirm that the treatment will be more extensive than he thought. We decided that i would call back when the ground is dry to schedule the appointment. I am disappointed that J&J did not come back for a whole year to complete the treatment as it was promised (and paid for). But the termites died with the first part of the treatment so we are safe. Mister Dwain was nice and helpful, as well as the technician who came last month to assess termite activity. As soon as the ground is dry, I will call back. We look forward to work with Mister Dwain.
