My good friend does her homework when she gets services for her home, so when she recommended J&J for termite control, I knew I'd be getting great service for a fair price. I called for a consultation - the operator was very nice & said that she'd contact my area manager. Greg called me right back to set it up. That day came & I completely forgot he was coming! But he waited patiently for me to come home & didnt give me a hard time about it. :) Greg was very knowledgeable and super nice and happened to live in my neighborhood, so he knew the area and what to expect from our pests. He recommended Sentricon and showed me a video how it worked. He also said we would receive a discount because we were referred by my friend and she would too! He was great and he even came back for me to sign the paperwork on his birthday!! John came to spray & set up the Sentricon traps. He was so nice and very fast. The whole experience was really easy and the price was great. I definitely feel like we wont be seeing much termite action in the future. And I will be calling Greg soon to have J&J take over the regular pest control at our house too. Great folks at a great company! Thanks J&J!
