I was impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about the services that I need. He truly earned an A+. The reason I am giving a rating of 4 for the cost is because having regular pest control is not in my budget. I was not prepared for the cost. Yet I know it's a necessary service. It has nothing to do with the quality of the service I got from Nader. He cares about his company AND the customer.
